Ghanaian midfielder Moses Odjer has revealed he was furious after suffering alleged racist abuse from Bari striker Mirco Antenucci.

Palermo rallied to draw 1-1 against Bari in December 2020 in the Italian Serie C.

After the game, Odjer accused Bari forward Antenucci hurling racial insults on him.

The former Ghana youth star has therefore reacted in his new Youtube channel and said, “At that moment I was furious, I wanted to leave the field because I had heard something. My teammates and the referee calmed me down, then I felt with him and for me it closed there”.

His contract with Palermo expires June 30, 2022.
