Ghana and Halmstad BK midfielder Thomas Boakye produced an impressive performance as he registered two assists in Halmstad BK's 3-2 home win over Varbergs BK on Sunday in the Swedish second-tier league.
The 26-year-old provided his first assist for Wiedesheim-Paul's goal in the 34th minute before making his second on the stroke of halftime.
Boakye lasted the entire duration of the game with scintillating performance while his compatriot Karim Sadat was introduced in the second half of the game.
He has made 23 appearances for Halmstad BK, scored two goals and registered three assists so far in the 2019/20 season.
Since joining the club, the Ghanaian has been a key cog of the side.
