The 26-year-old, who has seen limited action for the Lilies in recent matches, is grappling with a persistent ankle issue that may necessitate a surgical intervention.

As the club braces for a potential absence, the uncertainty surrounding Manu's recovery looms large, casting a shadow over his contributions to the team in the upcoming fixtures.

Head coach Torsten Lieberknecht recently spoke about Manu's injury.

This latest setback comes on the heels of a series of challenges, including a recent bout of tonsillitis, limiting Manu to a mere three appearances for the promoted side this season.

“Manu will be out with ankle pain. It's a shame that he's not really getting into the season due to injury," said the trainer.

Braydon Manu made 28 appearances, scored seven goals, and assisted seven in the German second division.
