Michael Sarpong says he is hoping to be handed Black Meteors call-up ahead of the All Africa Games qualifier with Togo.

The Ghanaian striker has been in a devastating form for Rwandan giants Rayon FC since joining them from Dreams FC last month and has bagged three goals in two games.

Sarpong who also boasts of two Man of the Match awards believes is ready to feature for Ghana if he gets an invitation.

“The dream of every player is to feature for his national team and that is my dream also. I have been in great form and I am hoping for a Black Meteors call-up,” Sarpong told footballmadeinghana.com

“It has been the perfect start I needed in Rwanda, I hope to score more goals and help my team to win the league. Last season the team played in the confederations cup and we can better it.”

He is already the hottest prospect in Rwanda having scored five goals in four games which includes three in the league and two in an offseason tournament.
