Ghanaian striker Rahim Osmanu on target for Zesco United in CAF Champions League

Ghanaian striker Rahim Osmanu was on target for Zambia side Zesco in CAF Champions League.

Osmanu scored for his side in their 2-1 away win in the CAF inter-club competition preliminary round.

Zesco United new signing Rahim Osmanu bagged the first goal for the away team in the 75th minute in the CAF Champions League first leg match against Niger side AS Sonidep.

The Zambian side have an early advantage to progress to the next stage of the competition after securing an away win over AS Sonidep

Zesco United host AS Sonidep in the second leg on Tuesday 4th December 2018 in Zambia.

The striker joined Zesco United on a two year deal from Buildcon FC after successful medicals on Wednesday 7th November 2018.

He was initially linked with a move to several clubs including Lusaka Dynamos.

The Ghana international has been a key contributor for the Zega Mambo since joining this season.
