Ghanaian trio Aminu, Tanor and Agyiri begin pre-season with Manchester City

Ghanaian trio Aminu Mohammed, Ernest Agyiri and Collins Tanor have commenced pre-season training with Premier League champions Manchester City after successful loan spells ahead of the new season.

Former Right to Dream Academy duo Ernest Agyiri and Collins Tanor joined the Etihad Stadium outfit in 2015 after graduating from the Ghanaian-based Academy.

Tanor, 21, spent last season on loan at Hobro IK and Thistle FC.

21-year-old Agyiri was also loaned out to Belgian club AFC Tubize where he scored three goals in 19 appearances.

Former Black Starlets player, Aminu Mohammed also joined Manchester City last year following his impressive performances in the Ghana Premier League.

However, the 18-year-old was loaned out to Dutch side NAC Breda where he managed to score two goals in three matches.

Mohammed, Agyiri and Tanor are expected to earn places in the Manchester City U-23 team ahead of their next season campaign.
