Ghanaian defender Vincent Atingah put up an incredible performance for Al Shabab as they recovered from their midweek loss to beat Al Salmiya in the Kuwaiti Cup.
The 25-year-old was adjudged Man of the Match as the Youths sealed a 2-0 win to progress in the Cup competition.
Al Shabab took the lead in the 26th minute after dominating the game before securing the victory with a 82nd minite strike having lost to the same opponents 5-3 on Wednesday.
The former Hearts of Oak defender was a rock in the heart of defence as he helped Al Shabab keep a clean sheet.
Atingah has been a key cog for the club following his impressive performances for the club so far this term.
Al Shabab will face Kuwait SC next in the Cup competition.
