Ghanaian youngster Kwabena Owusu bags his 10th goal in Salamanca CF win over Pontevedra

Ghanaian striker Kwabena Owusu put up an impressive performance and scored his 10th goal of the season for Salamanca CF in the Spanish Segunda Division B on Sunday.

Salamanca CF thrashed Pontevedra 3-0 in their match-day 29 clash at the Estadio Helmántico.

The home side took the lead through Spain international Carlos Indiano strike on the sixth minute of the game finishing the first half with a 1-0 lead.

On the 83rd minute, Jehu Chiapas extended the lead for his side with an audacious strike before the Owusu completed their home victory.

The 21-year-old sealed their heavy home win with a brilliant goal on the 91st minute as he signed off for international duty.

The highly-rated forward now featured in 25 games and scored 10 goals for Salamanca CF so far this season.

He has earned a call-up to the Black  Meteors of Ghana for their CAF U-23 Cup of Nations qualifier against Gabon at the Accra Sports Stadium on March 23.
