Ghanaian youngster Mohammed Lamine registers first goal in Trencin draw against Podbrezová

Ghanaian midfielder Mohammed Lamine scored his first goal for Slovakian side Trencin in their 1-1 stalemate with Podbrezová on Saturday.

Trencin took a deserving lead through the former Accra Lions player goal in the 36th minute of the game.

Jakub Kiwior however, snatched an equalizer for the visitors on the 86th minute to deny Trencin all three points in the game.

The 19-year-old was making his second league appearance for Trencin who lie 9th on the 12-team table.

He joined the Slovakian club from Ghana National Division One side Accra Lions FC last summer.

Lamine was one of the outstanding players in the first round of the Ghanaian second-tier league before the competition was halted following the airing of the Anas expose on corruption in Ghana football.

The highly-rated midfielder is the second Ghanaian player in the team with the other one being his former Accra Lions and Ghanaian teammate Osman Bukari.
