Ghanaian youngster Ragnar Ache put up an incredible performance and scored his first goal for Sparta Rotterdam in their 4-1 win over VVV-Venlo in the Dutch Eredivisie on Friday.

Ache, who recently signed a contract extension with the club until June 2021, net in the 61st minute to give the home side a 2-1 lead after Halil Dervisoglu had equalised Peter Van Ooijen’s 20th-minute strike.

However, Abdou Harroui and Lars Veldwijk scored on the 83rd and 89th minutes respectively to give Sparta Rotterdam a commanding 4-1 win at the Sparta Stadion Het Kasteel.

The 21-year-old is born to Ghanaian parents in Frankfurt but is yet to represent either Ghana or Germany at any level.

Sparta Rotterdam currently atop the league table with four points after matchday two.
