Ghanaian youngster Samuel Kwame Owusu netted and provided an assist for FK Cukaricki as they thrashed FK Zemu 3-0 in the Serbian top-flight league on Saturday at the Zemun Stadium.

Owusu, 22, opened the scoring for the Black and White lads with a brilliant strike on the 28th minute of the game.

The highly-rated Ghanaian assisted Ognjen Mudrinski to extend the lead on the 74th minute before Asmir Kajevic completed their away with another strike five minutes later.

The former Vision FC talisman lasted the entire duration of the match.

He has made 14 appearances for FK Cukaricki and scored four goals in all competition this term.

Owusu signed a 3-year contract with Serbian team Čukarički in August 2017 and was handed the number 19 jersey.

He made his debut for Čukarički on 25 August 2017, in a 0-1 away win against FK Rad.

Owusu first played for Red Bull Ghana and Vision F.C. in his youth career before joining  FK Radnik Surdulica for the 2014–15 season and made several appearances in Serbian First League, which his club won that season.

He also had stints at Turkish team Gençlerbirliği where the club had paid a sum of €200,000 for Owusu's transfer from Radnik Surdulica.
