Ghanaian youngster Solomon Sarfo Taylor scores on his debut for Vendsyysel FF in Danish Cup

Former Karela United star Solomon Sarfo Taylor came off the bench to score his debut goal for Vendsyysel FF as they thrash lower side Kjellerup IF 9-0 in the Danish Cup on Wednesday.

Taylor replaced Ali Messaoud in the 46th minute of the game as he helped Vendsyysel FF progress to the next stage of the competition following the huge victory.

The highly-rated youngster scored his first goal for the club in the 71st minute at the Bjerget Stadium as he received the ball on the right, dribbled past his opponent and fired a bullet at goal.

The 21-year-old put a convincing performance for his side and is expected to be handed his first start in their next game.

Taylor joined the Danish side Vendsyysel FF from Ghana Premier League side Karela United in the summer transfer window.

Vendsyysel FF will face Vejle Boldklub in the next round of the Cup competition on September 10
