Ghana’s Edwin Gyasi pleased with performance for Beitar Jerusalem in draw against Kiryat Shmona

Ghana international, Edwin Gyasi has expressed his delight to his performance over the past weekend that helped Beitar Jerusalem to defeat Kiryat Shmona in the Israeli Premier League.

The attacker joined the club this summer where he teamed up with compatriot Richmond Boakye Yiadom.

Last Saturday both players started for Beitar Jerusalem when the team battle for points with Kiryat Shmona on matchday five of the ongoing 2021/2022 football season.

On the matchday, Edwin Gyasi put in a very good shift that proved crucial for Beitar Jerusalem to earn a point on the back of a 1-1 draw at the end of the 90 minutes.

Speaking after the match, the forward noted that he is happy with how he played.

“Personally I had a good game. I created problems for the defense of the opponent. I created chances for the team,” the winger shared.

Amid the October break, Edwin Gyasi has set sight on putting in more work to ensure he is in top shape when club football resumes.
