Ghana's Grejohn Kyei bags his 4th goal in RC Lens win over Niort

Ghanaian forward Grejohn Kyei scored his 4th goal of the season as RC Lens defeated Niort 4-1 in the French Ligue 2 on Monday evening.

RC Lens picked up all three points after thrashing Niort at the Stade Bollaert-Delelis.

Yannick Gomis opened the scoring in the 7th-minute from the spot before an own goal from Florian Lapis on the 33rd minute ended the first half in a 2-1 lead for the home side.

After recess, Mounir Chouiar extended the lead to 3-1 after Valentin Jacob has pulled one back on the 42nd minute.

Kyei sealed their home win with his strike on the 63rd minute of the game.

The 23-year-old lasted the entire duration of the match as he put up an impressive performance for his side.

The highly-rated Ghanaian has made 18 appearances and scored four goals for RC Lens in all competitions so far this season.

He was born in France and is of Ghanaian descent. He is a one-time youth international for France.
