Ghana international, John Boye says his FC Metz side will face a tough test on Saturday afternoon when they take on Paris Saint-Germain in the French Ligue 1.

The experienced defender after stepping up last season has been made the captain of his team this season.

Speaking in a post-match interview ahead of tomorrow’s big game, John Boye has admitted that it will not be easy for his team.

He insists that his teammates will need to stay focused and give their all in order to get something out of the match.

“We all know it's going to be a tough game. PSG are a very good European team. We will have to do our best. Everyone knows what Paris is capable of. We will have to stay focused on the game and give 100%.

“We remember the frustration of the first leg (0-1 defeat in the last seconds of the match). It's part of football, but I know my team is ready for this new meeting,” John Boye said.

The highly-rated centre-back continued, “As a captain, I talk to young players a lot. We know that we will be talked about if we have a good performance. This is what I insist on with them. For that, we have to give the maximum of ourselves this Saturday.”

Tomorrow’s tough match for FC Metz will kick-off at 15:00GMT.
