Ghana’s Michael Aboagye wins Goal King award in Sudan Premier League after netting five goals on final day

Ghanaian international, Michael Oppong Aboagye has won the goal king award at the end of the 2021/22 Sudan Premier League.

The forward since playing the first match for Al-Hilal was unstoppable and has unsurprisingly finished with a deserved personal accolade.

On Tuesday, the highly-rated forward was in action for his club when the team hosted Al Khartoum at the Kober Stadium in their final game of the season.

Putting in a good shift, Michael Oppong Aboagye excelled for one last time and scored not just one but as many as five goals against the opponent.

Thanks to his goals on the matchday, Al-Hilal cruised to an exciting 9-3 win against Al Khartoum at the end of the 90 minutes.

Courtesy of the five goals, Michael Aboagye has finished the campaign with 18 goals and five assists in 29 matches.

His goals helped Al-Hilal to finish third on the standings of the Sudan Premier League standings en route to winning the goal king award.
