Ghana international Mubarak Wakaso featured for Deportivo Alavés as they defeated Real Mallorca 2-0 in La Liga on Sunday.
The 29-year-old played full throttle as he helped his side to a convincing victory at the Mendizorratza.
After a goalless first half, Alavés took the lead in the 76th minute through former Arsenal forward Lucas Perez from the spot.
Ten minutes later Joselu doubled the home side's lead with a fine tap in from a cross from Oliver Burke.
His compatriot Iddrissu Baba featured for 64th minutes for Real Mallorca before being replaced by Abdón Prats.
Ghanaian duo Baba Rahman and Lumor Agbenyenu both missed the game with the former reported to be out injured.
Since the arrival of manager Asier Garatino, Wakaso has become an key cog for the Babazorra, featuring in all seven La Liga games so far this season.
