Ghana's Nicholas Gyan has arrived in South Africa for trails at Black Leopards FC ahead of a proposed move in the on-going transfer window.

Gyan touched down in South Africa on Thursday evening and will be training with Black Leopards on Friday as he looks to impress the technical handlers of the team.

The former Ebusua Dwarfs skipper will train with the club for at least one week.

Earlier, it was reported that he will be joining current Ghana Premier League champions Aduana Stars, however, he has decided to move abroad to continue his playing career.

He is a free agent after Tanzania giants Simba SC refused to extend his deal following the expiration of his contract after the season.

He joined Tanzania Premier League side in 2017 from Ghana Premier League side Ebusua Dwarfs for an undisclosed fee.

He will be joining the likes of Richard Ofori and Edwin Gyimah in the PSL if he completes his move to the club after the trial.
