Highly-rated attacker, Gladson Awako has expressed his excitement after signing a new contract with Hearts of Oak.
In an assurance, the former Great Olympics poster boy has stressed that he will work hard to promote the Hearts of Oak brand to the best of his ability.
“I am very happy to have extended my contract with this beautiful family. It's amazing because this is my childhood club and it is a club I have always wanted to play for before I quit football in future.
“With this opportunity, I will continue to work hard and promote the brand of our glorious club. Phoooobia! Masters,” Gladson Awako said as quoted on the website of Hearts of Oak.
At the moment, Gladson Awako is in the camp of the Black Galaxies where they are preparing for the 2023 CHAN tournament in Algeria.
The forward has committed his future to Hearts of Oak for an additional year and will return to the club to help the side challenge for the Ghana Premier League and MTN FA Cup when the CHAN tournament is over.
