The Porcupine Warriors came to Accra with a total of 24 players and have been training at the Accra Academy Sports Complex to prepare for their upcoming assignment in Africa.

A day before they finally depart to Nigeria, goalkeeper Kwame Baah who was recently signed has been left out of the final 18-man squad for the trip on Thursday.

According to reports, the 21-year-old was left out of the final squad for the crucial game to battle for his place in the Black Meteors team where he has been handed a call up by head coach Ibrahim Tanko.

What that means is that Kotoko will fly out to Nigeria to face Kano Pillars in the first leg tie with two goalkeepers - Felix Annan and Osei Kwame.

Meanwhile, Kwame Baah will join the Black Meteors team tomorrow to start training for the team’s all-important match with Algeria as they try to secure qualification to the U-23 Africa Cup of Nations.
