Inter Allies midfielder Gockel Ahortor has been named as the club’s Players’ Player of the season.
Arguably the best season in his career, Gockel Ahortor was one of the top performers in the 2015/16 Ghana Premier League season where he dazzled most of football enthusiasts.
The industrious midfielder scored his career best of 7 goals in a season where interestingly 5 of them came from direct free kicks – second best in the league.

He made 24 appearances and played a very vital role for the ‘Eleven Is To One’ in this season’s tough campaign and had a call-up to the Black Stars B for a friendly in Japan earlier this year.
