The Wonder Club stunned the Porcupine Warriors 2-0 at the Red Bull Arena on Thursday in the matchday 28 games.

In his post-match interview, Kobi Mensah revealed that the win was crucial to his side’s relegation battle.

“Playing against Kotoko was a headache for me because they also want to win the league. But we prepared very well for the game and I think we deserved the win because we were very dominant in all departments in the first half showing resilience and determination. And that has won the game for us.”

When asked about his team’s survival hopes, Kobi Mensah said, “I think it has given us more hope, especially after our disappointment in the last game.
