Gyan ends contract with Turkish side Kayserispor.

Former Black Stars captain, Asamoah Gyan has confirmed his exist from his current club  Kayserispor in Turkey , he joined On 5 July 2017, the 33 year old striker joined the Turkish side on a free transfer after leaving Chinese side SIPG. constant injury denied baby jet the opportunity of being the clubs leading striker with  only five goals in 26 games.

“I’ve ended my contract with kayserispor in Turkey so I am free.”

Gyan began his career in 2003 with Ghanaian Premier League club Liberty Professionals scoring ten goals in sixteen matches

The country's top scorer has previously played for Sunderland, Al Ain and Udinese Gyan is the all-time leading goalscorer of the Ghana national team, with 51 goals.

He represented Ghana at the 2006, 2010 and 2014 FIFA World Cups. With 6 goals, he is the top African goalscorer in the history of the World Cup.

Gyan has also represented Ghana at the 2004 Summer Olympics and in seven Africa Cup of Nations in 2006, 2008, 2010, 2012, 2013, 2015 and 2017.
