Asamoah Gyan’s return to the Ghana Premier League has grabbed attention globally with the news blowing up all over the world in the last few days.
On Saturday night, the legendary Ghana striker sealed a sensational move to Ghanaian top-flight club Legon Cities FC.
In a signing which shook the foundations of the Premier League in the West African country and entire sport, Asamoah Gyan stole the limelight with the media in the country giving the deserved attention.

CAF and world football governing body tweeted about the move as their global audiences jumped on to congratulate or extend best wishes to Africa’s top scorer at the World Cup.
At his new club, Asamoah Gyan has enhanced their image and is being tipped to attract sponsorships while selling the image to ensure they take their place amongst the continentally and globally known clubs.
Reports suggest that Gyan will earn about $250,000 after signing the one-year deal with the capital-based club with an option of renewal.
