The youngster earlier this month earned his maiden Ghana call-up for the international friendly matches against Brazil and Nicaragua.

Although he will not be given a chance to play against Brazil, Ransford-Yeboah Königsdörffer featured for Ghana for the first time last Tuesday in the 1-0 win against Nicaragua.

Now back at Hamburg SV, manager Tim Walter says he is happy for the player.

"We're happy that he celebrated his first few minutes. There could be a few more at some point. This is a great experience for the boy. He is welcome to bring this euphoria here with him,” the Hamburg manager said.

Ransford-Yeboah Königsdörffer is buzzing after his debut Ghana call-up and hopes to continue shining for his German Bundesliga 2 side.
