Former Chairman of Accra Hearts of Oak, Harry Zakkour has advised Ghanaians to follow all the precautionary measures against the Coronavirus (Covid-19) disease to ensure everyone stays safe.

Ghana is one of the numerous countries in the world battling against the deadly disease which has become a pandemic.

So far, the confirmed cases of the disease in the West African country is over 8,000. Though there have been more than 2000 recoveries, the daily increasing number of cases is worrying.

Speaking to GTV Sports Plus in an interview, Mohammed Polo has urged all to be wary of the deadly nature of the Covid-19 disease and ensure the constant observation of all safety measures.

“And now with this Virus, Covid-19 we don't know how long it is going to take. I see it every day it is increasing and I think I will advise people to do what is best. We need people, we don't want people to die like what is happening in the USA and Italy”, the former Hearts of Oak head coach said.
