The Phobians appointed the accounting expert as new CEO following the departure of Mr Mark Noonan due to some pressing family issues in his native country.

According to Asabre, Frederick Moore has been rendered powerless by the club’s board since his appointment and is on the verge of being sacked ahead of the upcoming Ghana Football Association (GFA) Elections.
