Hearts of Oak have congratulated winger Daniel Afriyie Barnieh after playing a key role to help the Ghana U-20 team to win the WAFU Zone B U-20 Cup of Nations tournament.
The forward earned a place in the Black Satellites team that played at the just-ended tournament in Benin as the team‘s captain.
Despite speculated controversies, Daniel Afriyie Barnieh impressed in the final with a goal to help the Ghana U-20 team to beat Burkina Faso U-20 2-1.
In the end, the Hearts of Oak winger and his Black Satellites teammate have celebrated triumph and returned home as heroes.
Recognizing the contributions of Daniel Afriyie Barnieh, Hearts of Oak has extended a message of congratulations.
