Accra Hearts of Oak defender, Joshua Otoo has called on the club's fans to rally behind the team in the Ghana Premier League clash against Asante Kotoko at the Accra Sports Stadium on Sunday.

Hearts will hope to return to winning ways when the host sworn rivals Asante Kotoko at home in week 8 of the ongoing league after their 2-1 loss to Tema Youth in midweek.

The teeming supporters of the Phobians chanced on the team's bus in the aftermath of the loss to the Harbour City Boys, but Otoo has implored them to move on from that defeat as they meet their fiercest rivals on Sunday.

“We know they were disappointed we lost to Tema Youth, but that is football,” Otoo said.

“We just want to plead with them to still support the team, they should pray and give us all the support and we will surely deliver.

“We have a big game with Kotoko on Sunday, so we are counting on their support.”
