Hearts of Oak Managing Director, Frederick Moore has noted that the clubs want a better offer for defender Raddy Ovouka as he indicates that spending another year could do the trick.

The Congolese international excelled for the Phobians during the 2019/2020 Ghanaian football season and has since attracted interest from foreign clubs.

Amid speculations suggesting that Hearts of Oak has received several offers for the full-back, MD Frederick Moore has set the records straight.

According to him, an agent tried to send Raddy Ovouka on trial with a lower-tier club but they did not sanction it because there was no money involved.

“The only letter we received on Raddy Ovouka was from an agent who wanted to take him to a third division club in Portugal. But they don't want to pay any money, they want us to give to them on loan", Frederick Moore told Oyerepa FM.

According to him, Hearts want a better offer for the club and hopefully, that will come after the next football season.

“In my view, after a second year could probably attract better offers better clubs for himself. It's not the first who person who goes that becomes successful, the club you go to, the country you go to should be dependent on your style of play to bring the best out of you.

“If you go to the wrong country that does not suit your style of play you will not be successful", Mr. Moore added.
