Former Medeama midfielder Malik Akowuah played his first friendly game for Hearts of Oak in their 3-1 win over Vision FC.
Accra Hearts of Oak beat Vision Explorers Soccer Academy 3-1 in a pre-season friendly game played at the Pantang Vision Explorers Stadium on Thursday.
Malik Akowuah who had uncertainty around his move from the Mauves, got the chance to don the rainbow colours for the first time and managed to impress the technical team in board.
Maxwell Boakye and Bernard Dong Bortey scored in the first game before Kwame Kizito scored the only goal in the second game.
