Accra Hearts of Oak have confirmed terminating coach Keninchi Yatsuhashi's contract on mutual consent.

This comes after the Japanese American gave the phobians an option to grant him a 25-day leave or terminate his contract for him to undertake a training course in India next month.

The Phobians chose the option of ending his stay at the club following a critical assessment of the situation.

Kenichi was going to miss 5 Ghana premier league matches if the 25-day leave had been granted.

The above statement from Hearts reveals the reasons for the coach to part ways with the club after just six months in charge.
