Hearts of Oak announce contract extension deal with captain Fatawu Mohammed

Ghanaian giants, Hearts of Oak have announced a contract extension deal with defender and captain Fatawu Mohammed.

The long serving right-back since cementing his place in the first team of the club has established himself as a top player on the local scene.

As reward for his commitment and top performance for the team, Hearts of Oak have awarded the defender with a new two-year contract.

The club has officially announced the deal through a post on its Twitter page.

“The Management of Accra Hearts of Oak is delighted to announce that our first team captain, Fatawu Mohammed has signed a 2-year contract extension at the club which will run till 2023,” the Ghanaian giants announced on Friday.

Fatawu Mohammed captained Hearts of Oak last season when the team cruised to lift the Ghana Premier League title.
