Hearts of Oak celebrate 108th birthday today

Ghana Premier League giants Hearts of Oak are celebrating their 108th birthday today, November 11, 2019.

The Phobians have lined up activities, which commences today at the club's secretariat.

Hearts will end the celebrations with a friendly encounter with a yet to be announced team.

The Accra based side has won the Premier League 20 times, the FA Cup a record 10 times, the President's Cup twice, and the CAF African Champions League and the CAF Confederations Cup each once.

Currently, the team is managed by Kim Grant and they are preparing for the upcoming 2019/20 Ghana Premier League.

Kim Grant guided the Phobians to the semi final of the Ghana Football Association Normalisation Committee Special Competition, losing to arch-rivals Asante Kotoko on penalties.
