Mark Noonan has confirmed the partnership agreement between his outfit and German giants Bayern Munich.
The Ghana Premier League side were reported to be on the verge of signing a partnership deal with the record Bundesliga winners, but the Chief Executive Officer of the club refuted the report claiming that it should be treated as a rumour.
Reports went viral that the Bavarian giants will provide technical support, player development and football business strategy with the opportunity to play a friendly against the Bavarians.
However, the American Marketing tycoon has made a U-turn to confirm the deal with the German side during an interview with Kumasi-based Sikka FM.
"We've struck a relationship with Bayern Munich which could make them play us in a friendly in Ghana.
"Hearts of Oak director of football (if appointed) could also go for exchange programmes," Mark Noonan is quoted to have said in a tweet by Kumasi-based Sikka FM.
