Hearts of Oak Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Fredrick Moore has disclosed that his side is ready for the return of football.

There has been no football in country since the suspension of sporting activities in March amid the Covid-19 pandemic.

The Ghana Football Association (GFA) is yet to outline its plans on how football can return safely, however the FA would prefer to restart in October.

According to the Hearts CEO, the Phobians are ready for the start of the new season.

"Our job is football, so anytime football is coming, that is what we want to see," he said.

"We are ready anytime football comes because our core business is into football, so anything outside football is just an aside.

"Hearts of Oak is ready, I am sure you have of our phrase, never say die, so we are ready," he concluded.

The 2019/20 football season was cancelled by the GFA following a marathon of meeting as a result of the coronavirus pandemic.
