Hearts of Oak have completed the signing of former Inter Allies midfielder Emmanuel Nettey on the transfer deadline day, Footballghana can report.
Nettey penned a deal with the Phobians after successful negotiations as the club beef up their squad for the on-going 2019/20 Ghana Premier League season.
The 28-year-old has been club-less since terminating his contract with Ghana top-flight side Inter Allies in 2018.
Hearts of Oak have been one of the busiest sides in the transfer window following a poor start to the new season.
The Accra-based side lost their opening two games of the season against Berekum Chelsea and Medeama SC, however, they recorded their first win of the campaign with a 2-1 win over Ebusua Dwarfs at the Accra Sports stadium on Sunday on match week three.
