Hearts of Oak eye former Wa All Stars duo

Ghana Premier League side Accra Hearts of Oak are keen on signing former Wa All Stars duo Kelvin Andoh and Emmanuel Ocran, footballghana.com can confirm.

Kim Grant, head coach of the club has set sights on securing the services of the two former Wa All stars players ahead of Ghana FA Normalization Committee Special Football Competition.

Grant after beating Hasaacas over the weekend in their club friendly in Sekondi spotted the two stars with the Hasmal side doing fantastic and looks likely to be approached to augment his squad in the coming days for the competition.

The two players are currently training with Hasaacas.

Wiger Emmanuel Ocran aided Wa All Stars to win their first Ghana Premier League title in the 2016/2017 season. The 22-year old attacker later joined Tunisian giant Club Africain on a six-month deal after triumphing with All Stars but his stint was cut short.

He returned to Ghana and joined Nzema based club Karela United FC for their maiden Ghana Premier League season. He also played for Real Monarch in Europe as well.

Ocran earned a national team call up to the senior national team under coach Avram Grant in 2017, having impressed in the local league.

On the other hand, Kelvin Andoh has been on the Phobia transfer list following his fantastic performance in the past seasons.

The 23-year-old is an attacking midfielder and was also an integral member of the Northern Blues when they won the Premier League. He played a role in Ghana's win of the WAFU cup which was held in Ghana in 2017.
