Communications director for Accra Hearts of Oak, Kwame Opare Addo has rubbished reports suggesting that manager Kim Grant has been sacked.

His reaction comes on the back of earlier reports in the media today that indicated that the tactician was no more at post.
In an interview with Kumasi FM this evening, Opare Addo has shared, "Kim Grant is still the head coach and will lead the team to training tomorrow morning at Pobiman".

He added, "It was an unfortunate that we lost our first match yesterday to Berekum Chelsea at home but we hope to work hard and improve on our performance going into our next game at Tarkwa to Medeama".
Meanwhile it is now understood that the board of Hearts of Oak will have a meeting with Kim Grant tomorrow.
