Medeama midfielder Kwasi Donsu has confirmed Accra Hearts of Oak's approach ahead of the 2017/2018 season.

The attacking midfielder emerged as one of the prized assets on the local scene after grabbing 15 goals in the 2015/2016 season, with 10 of his goals coming from free kicks.

Despite failing to emulate same feat last season, Donsu has been tipped to replace Winful Cobbinah who is likely to leave the Phobians for greener pastures.

In an interview with Kumasi based FOX FM, Donsu revealed that Hearts are in talks with Medeama for his signature and will be ready to join the Phobians at any good price. " One of our club officials (James Assilfie) called me on Tuesday to inform me about the interest from Accra Hearts of oak, but as at now everything is in the hands of Medeama, if the offer is okay for them ,am open to anything".

"Personally I want to move from Medeama this season for any contract that is better, being it local or abroad." He added.
