Hearts of Oak lose to Nigerien side Sahel SC at Pobiman in international friendly

Ghana Premier League side Hearts of Oak lost 2-1 to Niger Premier League giants Sahel SC in an international friendly at the Pobiman training Complex on  on Friday morning.

Ghanaian international Bright Korley gave the visitors the lead with a fine strike in the 25th minute to end the first half in a 1-0 win.

Three minute after the recess,  Hearts talisman Kojo Obeng Junior scored the equaliser as they gained possession to dominate the match.

Moucthar Yacouba bagged a sensational 76th minute freekick for the Green and Yellow lads as they sealed a famous victory over Coach Kim Grant's side.

Sahel SC have been in the country since last month for a pre-season tour ahead of  the commencement of the new season.

Hearts of Oak are also presently intensifying preparations for the upcoming 2019/20 Ghana Premier League season which is expected to start in next month at all various league centers.
