Hearts of Oak part ways with Ernest Sowah and Yusif Alhassan

Ghana Premier League giant, Accra Hearts of Oak has confirmed that they have parted ways with goalkeeper Ernest Sowah and defender Yusif Alhassan.

The two players have been with the club for the past year but have struggled to gain playing time.

During the recently ended Ghana Football Association (GFA) Normalization Committee (NC) Special Competition, the released players could not enjoy any minute but only warmed the bench for the Phobians.

As the Accra based club looks to prepare its team for the upcoming season, they have decided to let go of the players to allow for a place in the squad for some new additions.

In a post on Hearts of Oak’s official Twitter handle, they shared, “Goalkeeper Ernest Sowah and defender Yusif Alhassan have both been released from the club. We wish the two players the best of luck in their careers going forward”.
