Ghana Premier League sides Accra Hearts of Oak and Wa All Stars will lock horns in a cracking fixture this Sunday as both sides continue preparations in the off-season ahead of the new season.
The friendly has been lined-up as part of activities earmarked for the celebration of the 108 years anniversary of the Phobians.
Nonetheless, it will be a good opportunity for managers at both ends to try out some new tactics and also assess the form and fitness level of their players, as well as whether they need reinforcement or not.
It will be the first high profile match for Wa All Stars new manager John Paintsil since he assumed the role as the club’s head coach.
For Hearts manager Kim Grant, he has managed to build a formidable young side that he is polishing in order to make them title contenders for the 2019/2020 Ghana Premier League season.
The friendly will be played at the Accra Sports Stadium on Sunday, November 17, 2019, and will kick off at 15:00GMT.
