Hearts of Oak striker Kofi Kordzi named MOTM following brace against Bechem United

Hearts of Oak striker Kofi Kordzi was adjudged Man-of-the-Match after hitting a brace in his side's 3-2 win over Bechem United in match week 10 of the Ghana Premier League on Sunday.

Kordzi won the Nasco Man-of-the-Match prize after helping the Phobians secure all three points at the Accra Sports stadium.

Prince Adu Kwaben opened the scoring for Bechem United from the spot but Kofi Kordzi equalised for the home side in the 34th - also from the penalty spot as the first half ended in 1-1 stalemate.

Skipper Fatawu Mohammed gave Hearts the lead for the first time in the game on the 64th minute but Hafiz Konkoni levelled for the visitors in the 74th minute.

A late goal scored by Kofi Kordzi handed Hearts of Oak all the maximum three points.

The highly-rated striker has made 10 appearances and scored five goals for Hearts of Oak in the ongoing 2019/20 Ghana Premier League season.
