Hearts of Oak have terminated their contract with coach Seth Hoffman by mutual consent ahead of the commencement of the GFA Normalisation Special Competition.

The Phobians confirmed his exit via their official Twitter handle on Wednesday.

The statement issued by the club reads," The Management of Hearts of Oak wishes to inform the sporting public, especially football fans that coach Seth Hoffman is no longer with the club".

It added, "We thank him for his services and wish him all the best in his future endeavors".

The 46-year trainer was been brought in from Auroras to take over the coach position following the exit of coach Henry Wellington last year.

The former Wa All Stars coach was resigned to his role as an assistant coach before being released today by the club following the appointment of former Ghana international as head coach and Technical Director of football at the club.
