Hearts of Oak legend, Dan Quaye is confident the Phobians will win the 2021/22 Ghana Premier League title.

Samuel Boadu's side has been poor in the 2021/22 league campaign losing one and drawing three in their first four matches they have played.

The reigning Ghana Premier League title winners uninspiring performance continued as Algerian side JS Saoura humiliated them 4-0 to progress to the money zone of the CAF Confederations Cup on Sunday.

"Hearts of Oak will win the league again if they put everything aside and focus on winning the league because Hearts will beat this Kotoko team and Medeama I mean the outstanding matches," Quaye told Light FM Sports

"So we can win the league and go to Africa again."

He added, "Hearts players need to encourage themselves and focus on winning the league again and  the coach too need to do everything he  can to help the boys gain confidence in order to bounce back stronger."

Hearts of Oak will now turn their attention to the Ghana Premier League where they are yet to record a win.
