Heart’s Pobiman Project set to cost $700,000

The first phase of Hearts of Oak's Pobiman Academy Project will cost close to $600,000 to $700,000, according to a report by Oyerepa FM.

A Turkish construction firm called Prefabex Construction Limited will take charge of the project after an agreement was made between Hearts and the construction firm.

The report states that Hearts of Oak are to pay an interest of 25% for a loan facility advanced to them for the construction of the Pobiman project.

According to Oyerepa Sports' sources, the loan is lent to the club by board chairman Togbe Afede XIV which has been confirmed by Hearts supporters Union, NCC's deputy organizer Abass Sule.

"It’s true, Togbe Afede XIV is lending us the money for the project and we are grateful a lot".
