Hearts to engage Future Soccer Academy in a friendly on Saturday

Ghana Premier League side, Accra Hearts of Oak will be engaging lower division side Future Soccer Academy in a friendly match on Saturday, August 3, 2019, at the Pobiman Park.

The Phobians are currently having their pre-season training despite the fact that the return date of the Ghana Premier League still remains unknown. They want to stay prepared and has resumed training after breaking camp for five weeks.

Following days of fitness training at McCarthy Hills in Accra, the team has confirmed they will be hosting Future Soccer Academy this weekend to play two friendly matches.

The first will be played at 08:00GMT before the second teams of both sides also take to the field at 10:00GMT.

The friendly match according to the management of the club is to also give head coach Kim Grant an opportunity to assess his team ahead of the possible return of the Ghana Premier League.

Meanwhile, reports indicates that the local league could start in early September of this year.
