Bechem United Football Club maintained its good start to the new football season on Saturday when the team defeated West Africa Football Academy 1-0.

The club on Matchday 1 of the 2020/2021 Ghana Premier League season earned a point at the Dansoman Carl Reindorf Park where they drew 1-1 against Liberty Professionals.
On Matchday 2 over the weekend, the club hosted WAFA determined to pick up all 3 points at the end of the 90 minutes.

On the back of an outstanding performance, the team got the job done courtesy of a strike from talisman Hafiz Wontah Konkoni.
