The 2019 Homowo Cup match between Hearts of Oak and Great Olympics has been postponed for a second time and will now be played on Sunday, October 13, 2019.
The two Accra-based clubs will renew their rivalry as part of activities lineup to celebrate this year’s edition of the Homowo festival.
The match was originally slated to be played in September but had to be scheduled to a later date following the organizers inability to reach an agreement with the clubs involved.
The match which was then moved to October 6 has now been pushed again to Sunday, October 13, 2019.
The match will be used by Hearts and Great Olympics to continue their preparation in the off season ahead of the possible start of the Ghana Premier League season whiles bringing together the people of Greater Accra.
